These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases made through ARVRELUNE.
ARVRELUNE is owned and operated by Heyuan Zhiting Technology Co., Ltd., which is the seller and operating entity for purchases made through this website.
By completing an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase together with our Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Terms of Use.
1. Order Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction under the laws applicable to you.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and specifications accurately.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to display settings, lighting, or reasonable manufacturing variation.
If a product received is materially different from the product ordered or its description, please contact us under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
The final amount payable, including any shipping costs, discounts, and applicable taxes collected by us, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

4. Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have completed fulfillment.
We may cancel or adjust an order where reasonably necessary because of inventory unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, a material pricing error, or another legitimate operational issue.
If we cancel a paid order before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Processing and Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, standard estimated delivery is generally 10–20 business days.
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and destination.

6. Shipping Charges
Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $46.99 USD.
Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before checkout is completed.
7. Cancellations and Order Changes
Customers should contact service@arvrelune.com as quickly as possible if they need to request a cancellation or change.
Requests made within approximately 12 hours of purchase have the best chance of being completed, although changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Successfully cancelled orders are not subject to an additional cancellation fee.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an approved returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
9. International Orders
Where international shipments are subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges not collected by us at checkout, those amounts may be payable by the recipient according to destination-country requirements.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Purchase is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
If any provision conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right, the applicable legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
